THE PORTER QUESTIONAIRE

The following questionnaire has been prepared by officers from Epping Forest DC, in conjunction with our legal Services, and with input from a barrister, Mark Beard, 6 Pump Court, Temple, EC4 7AR(02077978400) He will be attending the SEOG meeting in July to discuss gypsy/traveller encampments in light of the Porter judgement. This questionnaire is not definitive, but it may save others from reinventing the wheel. Feel free to use the format. EFDC have recently obtained pre-emptive injunctions before gypsy/travellers moving onto a site, and we are back in Court shortly for Contempt proceedings.
